1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RiseCo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

RiseCo provides digital automation solutions for local businesses, including but not limited to:

• Social media automation
• Lead generation systems
• Email marketing automation
• Custom automation solutions

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All automation systems, processes, and methodologies developed by RiseCo remain the intellectual property of RiseCo. Clients receive a license to use these systems for their business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

RiseCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client access to automation systems will be discontinued.
